Designing a vision for Thomastown and Lalor
The City of Whittlesea is developing a plan to guide how Thomastown and Lalor will grow and develop into the future. Known as the Urban Design Framework (UDF), this plan will provide the vision and principles that guide development and investment in these two suburbs.
To ensure the best outcome for all, Council knows this work needs to start with and be driven by a clear understanding of what is of most value and concern to community about their local area. This is the aim of this first stage of our community engagement on this project.
