Community Awards
The City of Whittlesea Community Awards recognise the outstanding service of residents who have made a valuable contribution to our community.
These awards provide a special opportunity for our community to acknowledge those who have gone above and beyond, and to celebrate their achievements and contributions.
Community Awards Committee
The City of Whittlesea Community Awards Committee evaluate and assess the nominations for the annual City of Whittlesea Community Awards and provide a recommendation to Council for the winner/s of each category.
The committee is made up of:
- One City of Whittlesea Councilor
- One member of the City of Whittlesea Executive Leadership Team (non-voting)
- A minimum of three and maximum of six community representatives
- Award recipients from the previous year
