Enhancing community participation in Council meetings

Council has recently reviewed the rules that govern the operation of Council meetings so that community can better participate in decision making. These proposed Governance Rules are currently in draft form. In April/May 2021 we asked for your opinion on the the proposed changes and your suggestions about how the rules could be improved. Your feedback is now being considered in the development of the final Governance Rules, which we expect to be adopted in June this year.
