Enhancing community participation in Council meetings

Council has recently reviewed the rules that govern the operation of Council meetings so that community can better participate in decision making. These proposed Governance Rules are currently in draft form. We want your opinion on the the proposed changes and your suggestions about how the rules could be improved. Your feedback will be considered in the development of the final Governance Rules, which we expect to be adopted in June this year.
