Intergrated Transport Plan Staff Focus Group
Participation in the Integrated Transport Plan Focus Group will be capped at 10 staff who will be chosen to reflect the diversity of the City of Whittlesea community.
The purpose of the Focus Group is to provide valuable insights to assist Council to shape the Integrated Transport Plan that will improve quality of life for current and future residents by providing a clear set of policy directions to guide the future development and expansion of the municipality’s transport network in a manner which is efficient, equitable, safe, sustainable, and accessible.
Focus Group participants will be required to attend a 2 hour session on Thursday 1 February from 9.30am - 12.30pm held in the Civic Fountain View Room.
Eligibility
To be eligible to be a member of the Focus Group you will need to:
- Work for the City of Whittlesea
- Be willing and able to attend a focus group session
- Be willing and able to complete any pre-session reading, assistance can be organised for those requiring it
- Declare membership of any special interest group, community groups, networks such as sporting clubs, craft and hobby groups, seniors' groups, schools etc.
If a participant believes that they may have a financial interest in any of the projects discussed during the focus groups, they must discuss that interest with the facilitator. Should the facilitator decide that the financial interest gives rise to a conflict, the participant will not be permitted to contribute to discussions regarding that project.
