Traffic management and streetscape measures are proposed for this area in South Morang to improve road safety, address speeding traffic and create better connections to local parks, public transport, shared path trails and activity centres. The area is bound by Gordons Road, Jardier Terrace, Plenty Road, Findon Road and The Lakes Boulevard

Proposed traffic management measures include wombat crossings and flat top speed humps. Also in the plan are sections of new footpath.

The City of Whittlesea has developed a draft plan. The plan takes into account traffic conditions (i.e. speeds and volumes), accidents, existing streetscapes, schools, shops and current/future land uses.

Your comments and feedback will help inform the design and final plan before being presented to Council for adoption.
