The draft Mill Park Place Framework has been developed with input from a dedicated community reference group and outlines a plan to enhance Mill Park's streets, public spaces, community precincts, infrastructure, and transport over time. Community consultation on the opportunities and priorities occurred from 22 July until 25 August 2024. The results of this consultation is outlined below.

In the long-term, the project focuses on advocating for improvements to key roads, waterway corridors and town centres.

A total of 213 community members participated in phase 2 consultation. Participants were given the opportunity to contribute in two ways; 118 community members attended in person at community-based pop-ups and 95 community members contributed online via the Engage Whittlesea platform by filling out a survey.

How do you feel about the draft Mill Park Place Framework?

Community was given the opportunity to view the six short term strategies and share how important each project is to them and their families. This will assist Council to determine priorities when finalising the Mill Park Place Framework.
