Planning Scheme Amendment

The City of Whittlesea is preparing Planning Scheme Amendment C291wsea.

This amendment seeks to apply the Public Acquisition Overlay 15 (PAO15) to parts of 70 and 80 Boundary Road, Wollert to facilitate the delivery of essential infrastructure in accordance with the Wollert Precinct Structure Plan, June 2017 (PSP) and Wollert Development Contributions Plan, June 2017 (DCP).

The land is required to upgrade the Boundary Road/Andrew Road intersection.

Public exhibition and consultation

The public exhibition period runs from 12 May 2026 to 19 June 2026.

Council will consider all submissions it receives.
