The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we go about many things, including our use of public transport. As we settle into COVID-normal, we asked community how you feel about using public transport.

We heard from community about your experiences using public transport in and around the City of Whittlesea and what improvements can be made to encourage community to use public transport more.

We will use the findings from this survey to help shape our advocacy for public transport ahead of the State Government election later this year.
