The VR Michael Reserve off-leash dog park has moved into Councils capital delivery program. All updates will now appear in the current projects section of the City of Whittlesea website. Thank you again to everyone who participated in the community engagement.
The City of Whittlesea has been successful in securing a grant from the Victorian Government’s New and Upgraded Dog Park Program to deliver a new off-leash dog park at VR Michael Reserve in Lalor. This initiative responds directly to community feedback gathered through the VR Michael Reserve Master Plan project and the Domestic Animal Management Plan consultation, where many residents highlighted the need for more spaces to support our growing canine community.
