The City of Whittlesea is establishing a new off-leash dog park at Allumba Park in Wollert to meet the growing needs of local dog owners and their pets.

Council has been successful in securing a grant from the Victorian Government’s New and Upgraded Dog Park Program to develop the new dog park in Wollert. We are seeking feedback on the draft concept plan.

Your feedback can influence elements of the park including:

• the general park layout
  • such as the size of the quiet dog zone
  • extent of gravel area
• types of furniture in the park
• location of furniture in the park.
• Lighting

There are elements of the park that you cannot influence the decision of. This includes

• the number of shelters
  • One shelter is proposed within each of the zones
